Brotherhood and Norwegian-Danish Conference merged.
Moland and Vor Frelsor's became members of the same
synod. This led to the merger of the two

American Lutheran Church. Created by a merger of
the ELC. which was a Norwegian-American Lutheran
organization with the American Lutheran Church, with
roots in the German-American Lutheran community,
and United Evangelical Lutheran Church, which had been
established by Danish-Americans. The Lutheran Free
Church would join this organization in 1963. |
