WHAT YOU NEED 

• Tissues - white and pastel colors
• green pipe cleaners or twist ties
• Ribbon
• fingernail polish (optional)

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

1. Stack 6-9 flattened tissues.

2. Fold them like an accordion.

3. Tie a pipe cleaner or twist tie around the center of the tissue accordion.

4. Gently pull each layer of tissue towards the top center of the flower, separating each sheet from the others. Photo on left shows how to begin

5. Make as many flowers as you'd like. You may want to use the fingernail polish to add highlights to the edges of the "flower petals."

6. Tie the bouquet together with a ribbon bow.

Variations:  Use a craft scissor to cut out the coloring page and use it as a card to go with your bouquet!
